Changes to the Rules and Character Template

Hey all, I've made some changes to the rules and character templates, as said in the title. Please go read them as rules are important in maintaining order XD

I don't know what the topic of this thread is.

In regards to the 'currently only three characters per person' amendment, does that mean I have to drop two of my characters, or am I alright with five, as I created all the accounts before that rule came into play?

We definitely are not going to make anyone drop characters they already have and run. It is less definite on your count, Patch, but we'll probably err on the side of allowing it.

Have you begun making the character already?

sort of. i just need to know her age. but if its too much trouble i don't have to. i don't really need a forth character but i figured that we needed more human villians

Though she looks like she's forty, she IS Anita's old schoolmate, so I'm guessing she's in her very late twenties, or early to mid thirties.

Good point. I think she was made older for the TV series, which was the continuity I was going by. Sorry.

I have a question--are the characters we're allowed to play as from Disney films only? We couldn't, for example, choose a video game-exclusive character?

Interesting question. My guess would be not, but as I'm not in charge here, I don't know for certain. It could be that it's allowed only for games that are spin-offs from an allowed film.

On that subject what about characters from TV series that are spin-offs of an allowed film? For example, say, Spot from 101 Dalmatians: The Series or Tublat (The Legend of Tarzan). I'm just interested, it doesn't affect me in any way (as I already have more than enough accounts).

Me and Stitch discussed this exact point last night (in fact, we discussed what Angel just asked last night before he even asked it as an extension of Kiara's question). These were are thoughts on the matter, summed up:

Kiara: We didn't quite understand what you meant. Do you mean things like Kingdom Hearts? Video game adaptations of the movies. Barring some sort of highly convincing video game evidence I am failing to realize, video games are not allowed, no.

Angel: We discussed this and neither of us have a problem with including characters from TV shows if those TV shows are direct canon spin-offs from Disney animated movies. No things like Darkwing Duck or whatnot, however.

That's what I thought but I was just asking.

I kinda wanted to play as Experiment 621 from the "Stitch experiment 626" PS2 game. He's my fave experiment and sadly doesn't appear in the TV series

The game WAS considered canon until "Stitch had a glitch" came out, which kinda contradicted Stitch's origin (techincally it could still work, but it'd involve a lot of thinking.)

Hmmm thats interesting. Scar and I also discussed whether the experiments would be allowed and we decided they would because they are MOVIE canon as Scar said above. Also the fact that there are 626 experiments is canon. Since that is a fact and since tv show canon states there are 626 experiments and that is within the 626 AND disney recognizes him as canon, yes, you can do that. lol lots of words to say yes, go for it.
I'm interested to see how you would work it tho. Go for it!!!!
