I still think he'd have to actually negotiate with a magic user to get said powers - if it was just down to the magical atmosphere, I don't see why all the dogs wouldn't find themselves gaining powers

I agree. The only way I could see him obtaining powers is maybe through Facilier, like you said, but not without some kind of price attached to said powers.

Why can't Bolt just bite his opponents, as in, use his fangs? Believe it or not, dog bites can indeed be damaging or even fatal. Ed, for example, can draw blood and harm his opponents easily with his fangs. And Bolt could be fast and agile, but not like a speeding bullet. Barking can be used as a distraction or to frighten smaller creatures, but not do any real damage. It just depends on how you use them. Be creative.

Though, I do agree. Facilier could grant powers, but it depends on the price, strings attached, and whether or not he'll do it in the first place.

I would just stick to his original 'powers.'

I was thinking that myself, actually. Our other canines seem perfectly content to use their fangs and claws in battle. So why can't Bolt?

Bolt could somehow gain his powers by....hmm..... drinking a magic potion or something.....maybe he accidently falls in some magic water on the floor or.... someone slips something in his drink.....I dunno lol.....I got so many ideas XDDDDD

What? No. No, no no. Sorry to be blunt. He can't spontaneously gain super powers. That just makes like zero sense. He didn't actually have them in the movie so no he can't just gain them here.

And yes, he'd probably just use claws and fangs like the regular dogs. If he wants super powers he'd have to talk to Facilier, Mama Odie or someone like that.

Anyone want to try and come in and help Dodger out? I don't think he can last too long against Ed, Sly-Eye, and Roscoe all on his own. ^^; I'll let him get beaten up a bit more, but I don't want him to die just yet.

Also, this is just for the sake of clarification... Ting-Ting hasn't told anyone she's a princess, right? Or is Ling just dense enough to not be aware of it? CX

Let's see... Ling's been badly injured and knocked out by Redeyes, Leroy and Stitch's fight is still going on, Ting-Ting and Shang are taking on Redeyes I think, Cerberus showed up and... didn't really do much other than causing an earthquake with his entrance, and Lucky is on top of Ed trying to get him to let go of Dodger while Dodger is trying to deal damage to Sly-Eye and I'm assuming Ed still is maintaining his grip on Dodger's leg through all of this.
