Problem is, enforcing that rule is going to be tough on the staff. Don't get me wrong, I think that's a fair rule...but I personally think it would work as a guideline.
Though the one-liners are annoying. Unless I have a lot of muse, I can't reply to one-liners.

I've just decided not to acknowledge them. If they are trying to fight one of my characters or talk to one of them and it's only one or two lines, I will not acknowledge their character or post. I don't care if that seems mean, because I'm done with these one liners. If they can't make long post, which is really easy. Then why should I wait my time making a nice lengthy post when they obviously don't seem to care.

Roscoe: I think that is a really good idea! I hate when people, not just on this site, only type one or two lines when you put a lot of effort into typing two paragraphs! Okay, so all kidnapping ideas are out. When I was at school today, second day and extra boring already, I brainstormed a bit and thought up a new more original idea. So just tell me your input and if it's already been done! Thanks! Okay, so my newer, better idea is that there is an extremley short drought, only about three weeks(not really even a drought, but you know what I mean), nothing serious. But this does make both the pridelands and the outlands very dry and arid for the time being. In the following days, there is a heat thunderstorm. This causes a fire to rage through both the Pridelands, Middlelands, and Outlands, eventually burning down both camps. Due to the major damage, both the Outlanders and the Pridelanders are forced to temporaily move to nuetral areas, such as the Ocean, Tarzan's Jungle, The Great Forest, etc. This would most likley cause fights to break out over temporary territory borders, food, water, so on and so forth. So what do you all think? Does it suck? Is it good? Has it been done before?

It sounds pretty good. But the Outlands is a barren waste land it has no grass of any sort and the place that do have grass are all dead and very small. If anything the Pride Lands and the Middle Lands would burn forcing the heroes to leave and the Animal Villains would take this as a chance to take the Pride Lands easily. I would go on, but I want to get back to reading a fanfic and I'm tired of typing on my phone for the night.
Send this message to Stitch, get her input.

Already been suggested, except it was a scored earth policy set in motion by the Human villeins.
