All four of Lady's pups were in the same litter, so I would assume that makes the girls triplets, yeah. Any particular reason for asking?

no not really they just looked like it! lol. i looked at the differences and i couldn't really see any besides the collars

Oh, there are a number of differences to the observant eye...
Collette's ears are much longer than her sisters'.
Danielle's fur is much more 'scruffy', she has a tiny tuft of 'hair' towards the back of her head, and her paler underbelly fur continues up her neck and joins up with ther fur of the same colour on her muzzle.
Annette's paler chest colour comes up higher than Collette's, but still stops a little above her collar.
They all have slightly different amounts of 'fluffyness' on their chins, chests and legs.
Other than that, yeah, they're essentially the same.
