Post order as in rper1 posts, rper2 posts, rper3 posts, then reverts back to rper1 and repeats? If that's the method your talking about, it doesn't seem to work that well on forums.

Least I don't think it does, not with time zones and day scheduels.

But it works quite well on Sparky's because Nemo gave the idea of a 24 hour time limit for each poster.

I don't see it hapening here though... Too many people with very different time zones. We'd be skipping too much. Post orders are best left for online rp games like furcadia and others

Indeed, I mean, for example, most people I see are from America. But like me, I'm not from America....which is why around this time, even though it's close to 8 at night here, not many people are on, which I would imagine it would be at night for them, like 1 or so in the morning.

I mean, on Sparky's forum, not too active there, but here, very active, as I've seen, so I can't see the whole post order thing working.

That seems... very limiting. I don't think we ought to have one of those - I just think people should use their judgement as to when it's a suitable to post or not, instead of just making their characters respond to EVERYTHING that goes on.
That kind of goes hand-in-hand with Stitch's point about single-line posts. I think part of the problem with them is people trying to respod to every post, even when there's nothing much to say, so they end up making really short posts.
(I don't want to blame anyone here, but I can think of a couple of members, at least, who seem to do this. (No names))

@ Hades - I'm not in America either. It's nearly 8AM where I am - but because most people on here ARE from America, most of the action takes place overnight for me.

Angel: Yeah, I do know what you mean. I go to bed for example, since nothing's happening, that, and I would be tired. I get up and whenever I log into here....a lot of stuff's happened as it is....and even when I'm then doing stuff throughout the day, more stuff happens....
Like my example I mentioned with Mittens at first, and then with using Bonnie....which is why in that thread in particular, I dropped Mittens out of it to use Bonnie for a little...and at the rate everything was going at, by the time I would log out and then back in with my other character....5 or so more posts would've popped up by that point >.<

Well, I can go away during the day, and come back, and find I haven't missed very much at all, really. It's when I come online first thing in the morining and find that a lot of threads have aquired anywhere between two to five new pages - and they're pretty much still growing as I watch.

Yeah, it was really that one particullar thread that went to fast for myself to really understand what was going on....but I had to finish it off somehow with Bonnie in there....which I guess it worked out in the end.

But I think we're getting well off track here and should leave it be for the other OOC posts anyone else wishes to make about threads in the hero's base area

I found the same problem with SitD - Last I knew, Tod had promised to stay with Vixey no matter what - and I come back in the mornign and find she's had a conversation with Hades and faked killing someone, and I had to try to find some reason why Tod let that all go on without lifting a paw to do anything.

Yeah, you're probably right - we are getting rather off topic.
