While I LOVE the idea of Lucky potentially joining the outlanders while also being conflicted because it's not what his hero thunderbolt would do (the right thing vs the "wrong" thing--which includes being in love with a villain AND his sister)....I just want to make sure that if he DOES become "evil" for a while, that you're doing it because it'll be fun and an interesting addition to our plot. (as in, you have more plans for Lucky besides him fighting with Two-Tone.) Plus, it'll give Two-tone some inner conflict too: who will she pick?

But again: remember, plot first, personal pleasures second.

(OOC - yeah, still pondering it although I might consider Lucky convincing Two-Tone to join the heroes and get her as far away from Buster as possible cause he's worried sick he will beat her up like he did Angel

@ Luck - I get the impression he abused her more mentally than physically. I mean, I'm sure Angel wouldn't have stuck around if he'd beaten her physically. It just doesn't sit with what I know of her character.

Lucky: I meant mentally, not physically. He treated her like more like she was a peace of property. Something for him to have around to gloat over. Not as in he struck her repetidly and abused her.

although it isn't too far out of range to say that with his short fuse temper and a lack of rational thinking to say he may have in a moment of pure anger struck out at her...seeing as Angel "Didn't have anywhere else to go" her electing to stay and endure a little swipe at is possible. But I doubt it would be anything major. Angel has a tough skin, but I don't think she would put up with it for too long. Of course for all we know she may have gained that tough skin from putting up with repeated abuse from Buster. A theory I've thought threw a few times...but never really liked. Chances are she became the way she was simply from dealing with the hard life of a stray.

also seeing as Lady never would have met Buster face to face, and gets her knowledge of him from the Tramp and from Angel (Both sources that would dwell on his bad-sides) her idea of him may be a tad blown out of proportion. Note her dreaded fear of him and her or her family getting caught by him (as well as the other side in general). Signs of someone who's imagination on the subject runs a tad high.

Sorry, I've spent a long time studying the Angel/Buster relationship and how it workes into the L&tT universe. So I tend to pull out little details ^^;

@ Lady - That's exactly what I was thinking, as well. She may take the occasional blow, but she wouldn't continue to stick around if he repeatedly beat her.
