Definitely A Dog Skeleton

Another lot of questions came from the curious canines, and Jack was all too happy to answer, even if they were repeated. Chuckling at Dug's enthusiasm in particular, the skeleton reached out to scratch Dug behind his right ear; a place he knew was a favourite spot to be scratched for many dogs. Turning his skull to the grey sheepdog, he addressed his question first. "I've been around before, but I don't believe we've had the pleasure of meeting," he said, before carrying on to repeat where he was from for the benefit of the other dogs who didn't know. "I am from Halloween Town. That's where we organise Halloween every year!" He spoke proudly of his town; it was his home, and his friends did such a good job with the spooky holiday preparations each year.

Halloween? Was that the holiday that Russel had gotten so excited about with the costumes and candy Dug wasn't allowed to eat? Dug liked that idea. His tail wagged harder and he licked his chops a bit as a big grin formed on his face. Already, he was beginning to like Jack. Dug believed he could get along very well with him. He could only wonder what it was like being able to set up Halloween each and every year.

"It must be fun. A lot of fun, I bet... But hard work, too. How do you set up a holiday every year?" Dug asked. His head tilted to the side and a slightly confused sound came from him. How did one skeleton organize a holiday every year? Did he have help? Dug wanted to know how it all worked.

"hmmmmm bones precious bones for me to enjoy" Raine said this as his tummy was grumbling.
"aahhh it's alive, walking and talking, wa what is going on here, Penelope, Cadpig, Sparky, Jack or someone please explain " Raine said confused and worried at the same time.
