(October 30th. Day time. Meeting between Roscoe and Scar, also open to Zira, Nuka, Sabor, and Shenzi, Banzi, Ed and DeSoto if he wants to. And Rajah. Sorry that I forgot to add him. Also this is mainy for characters of higher ranking. So if youthink your characters could fit ask me please.)
Rosoce sat back on his hunches waiting inside the large cave waiting for Scar to show up. He had sent a hyena to fetch him. This meeting between him and their leader was a long time coming, especially after the incident with Nuka and his traitorous bunch. And what Scar's punishment for them was. To put it simply the Doberman was not pleased or impressed with it. It was stupid, having his army dig a big hole and let the traitors stay down there. The ones that survived got to rejoin Scar's army while the ones that died were eaten by the army...though that was stupid since a lot of the bodies became rotted.
The Doberman himself knew how it should have been handled. After all he spent his entire life as well as DeSoto learning underground crime from crime boss Mr. Sykes. He knew how it should have been done. When you spend your life working for a monster you become one. But then again that's what he was from the start and becoming more so was no problem at all for him. He learned many things from Sykes, but he hadn't put many of them to use while he was fighting this war. And he had stayed quite long enough.

"Roscoe wants to see you, great one." The hyena speaking was a plump simpleton nicknamed Toad for his deep, croaky bark.
Scar yawned obnoxiously, stretched, and stood, cranky his nap had been disrupted. "Marvelous," he said sarcastically, massaging his forehead. "I'm busy. Tell him to come back another time. Preferably never." Scar didn't want to deal with Roscoe right now. Or anyone, really. Nuka's punishment took a lot out of him. Scar had a wonderful time, but now, he was tried and wanted some time to himself.
Sadly, it wasn't meant to be. "But sire, it's important. He said so," Toad insisted.
"Oh, and I guess that means I should see him, right?" Scar retorted. One uncomfortable pause later, the old lion spoke again. "Very well. I guess I should go see what he wants. I just know I'm going to regret this." He trotted out of his den and found Roscoe.
"You wanted to see me?" Scar asked.

As usual, Sabor had managed to find a perch that put her head above the rest - an upraised ledge, an anomaly in the stone - where she could lounge and groom whilst looking down upon those she spoke with. The leopard preferred perches naturally given her species and hunting strategy, and given that she was often the smallest feline of consequence... Well, being above others often had a way of making them forget how much bigger they were than her.
As it was the leopard had taken to grooming herself on lick at a time as she waited, occasionally sniffing in disdain during the process. The mighty felines, her superior kin, ordered by a common canine to meet? Sabor's ivory claws slid from their sheaths in a twitch of annoyance, and absently the female took to grooming her dagger-clad paw. What was perhaps more annoying had been the moment when Roscoe's messenger had revealed that Rajah had not been invited to the meeting as well - the message had been for Sabor and Sabor alone. Had the hyena sent to fetch her not divulged that the king himself had been requested she wouldn't have considered gracing them with her presence at all. Perhaps her mate did not share her official title within the army, but he was her other half! The muscle to her mind!
No matter. Sabor grumbled a single breath of a growl as she picked at the flaking layer of a claw with her teeth. Whatever this farce is about, I'll be sure he's told by the moon's rise. Perhaps we'll take the dog that dare deny him as a new toy for our troubles...
Imaginings of clawed slaps upon dark fur were interrupted by the arrival of the king. "Good evening milord," Sabor purred, sheathing her claws and lowering the velvet digits to fold on the stone beneath her chin. "I feel I must apologize for the brazenness of this individual. How he dares assume you, his natural superior, can be summoned forth by the unworthy likes of his breed." A pause as a dark glance was shot to the person in question, and then a paw was raised to gesture towards Sabor herself, resting upon the pure cream of her furred chest. "And of course myself as well, though I claim not the lofty heights in which those of your noble bloodline reside."
Humble was not a word that suited Sabor well, to put it lightly.

Zira rubbed against Scar in a fluid, house cat-like motion as she seemingly appeared out of nowhere from the darkness. She'd heard the hyena call for Scar and she'd spent a couple of minutes stretching before joining him. A nod was given to acknowledge the queen of the other big cats. As selfish as Zira was, she was quick to acknowledge the lighter and more fluid cat's authority over the other smaller felines. Her ear flicked upwards as she gave a sarcastic smile to Roscoe.
"Ah. The breeder comes calling."
Roscoe, the dog who'd created soldiers but more pups than they needed. Scar should have just eaten them but Scar's trust in the canine species was large. Lips parting as she panted in the heat. Zira tilted her head towards Sabor, giving the female a look that poured paragraphs of words. The majority of the words involved 'kill this bastard if he steps a claw out of line.' She turned back to Roscoe, speaking as she craned her neck back in place.
"What do you want?"

Rosoce wasn't at all surprised by the looks Sabor was giving him, or her dislike for him or his kind. When their fearless leader showed up he wasn't discourage by how Scar was behaving. The lion was far to high and mighty for his liking. Then again it seemed all the over grown cats seemed to be very egotistical. And Scar seemed to be the worst, apparently since he was 'royalty' that meant he was born to be great. Which was a joke itself. Considering he hardly did anything or showed an real skill as a leader, but he kept his thoughts to himself for now. Now need to throw his life away. But be would be touching on quite a few issues. Issues that Scar would not like, but the lion would need to put his ego aside if they wanted to win this war.
It was so good of Sabor to thrown in her thoughts on this meeting. The damned leopard was just as bad as Scar, but Scar was far more reasonable. After all he had 'royalty' in his blood, besides Rosoce figured he could inflate or pet Scar's ego with that. But he knew this meeting was going to be dangerous for the Doberman's health, but he was not going to back down about the issues they faced as and army.
Roscoe had to keep from rolling his eyes at how Zira spoke to him. She was crazy. Plain and simple. Cut and dry. He was very weary of her simply because of the things she did and how she acted. But crazy tened to be predictable in some aspects and would never give up on something, well at least in her case it seemed. But he couldn't insult her, she had the shortest fuse he had ever seen. And Scar wouldn't stand for it, especially since Zira would target his family.
"I'm sure you all are not to happy with this sudden meeting, and you want to know why I called you here so I'll cut right to the chase. The fact remains that if keep going down the road we are going we will lose this war." Roscoe said firmly as he looked at the other, his gaze falling upon Scar. The purebred wasn't pulling his punches as he started off. He had a very good idea how they would react to his statement, but he didn't care. Fact remains that if they didn't adapt they would lose this war.

Zira's fur rippled, lifting towards the male she called 'the breeder.' Her crimson orbs narrowed towards Roscoe, claws flexing and pulsating. Her tongue dragged along her sharp canines but she stayed where she was. She didn't surround him or caress his fur with her thick body to frighten and unnerve him. No, she just stayed there and stared, letting out a grumble and a growl.
"I'm sure you all are not to happy with this sudden meeting, and you want to know why I called you here so I'll cut right to the chase. The fact remains that if keep going down the road we are going we will lose this war."
"I'd be happier with this meeting if you weren't spouting bullshit and nonsense," Zira growled, "If you've come to simply offer your thick-brained opinion, you could have saved a few paw-steps by keeping yourself in your den with your mate and pups." Her ear folded back.
"Because it seems besides telling us useless and untrue information, breeding soldiers has been your only contribution." Her tongue was sarcastic and condescending. Venom dripped in buckets on her tongue.

Roscoe wasn't all that surprised by how Zira acted. She was nothing more then a blind fool. And he would enjoy putting her in her place. After all, he knew more about humans then most of the Outlanders. Especially when to came to war, thanks to television that is, what a marvellous piece of humen engineering.
"Well first off, you are horrible wrong about that. All the other sides have a major edge. Whether it be weapons, medicine, food, shelter and etc. Everything everyone else has we need." Roscoe stated as he looked at the others. "Humans are known for war, it's what they are very, very good at. When faced with a problem on how to beat an enemy they created new weapons and ways to kill each other." Roscoe spoke, thinking of all the weapons he had seen in his life. As well as from what he had seen while working for Sykes and on tv.
"But we are lucky, as it seems that our enemies have not used a fraction of what they could, but how long will that last? Typically the other factions in a war take out the weakest army. Taking what they have and gaining more ground. This is no different then how Sykes would take out other 'competitors' and taking their territory." Roscoe said seriously. Thinking about numerous times that he and DeSoto did work for Sykes and when he watched the hostile take over of territory and 'business.'
(OOC: Sorry it took so long to post this. My job has been crazy.)
