626 is Back

Yeah, I'm back from Disney, I had a great time and whatever but now its time for business.

I saw that the biggest issue while I was gone was people not roleplaying. Now I just got back so I have a little catching up to do in my own threads but unless you were gone as well you guys don't really have any excuse for not roleplaying. Some of you haven't been roleplaying for a while. This is a role play website and if you don't RP it will die. So do it or I will come after you.

Second we have a new allowed movies/more allowed characters. Treasure Planet characters are allowed but with one exception. They MUST keep their tech to a realistic minimum and they MUST not do any space traveling.

Third is about nameless minor background characters. The dalmatians I don't have an issue with but other characters are becoming rather OC-y. When I said minor characters I meant characters with names such as Rajah, Abu, Miss Kitty Mouse, ANY experiment from the Lilo and Stich TV show; people who actually have speaking lines and things to make them canon characters. I'm not banning everyone from having them but I'm putting these characters at a two per player limit. Basically if your character doesn't have a name in the movie or has less than one minute of screentime, you are only allowed two. This obviously doesn't count for people who already have said characters past the limit.

Sorry to be harsh with the above rule but this is a canon Disney Site and you have PLENTY of characters to choose from.

Personally, I don't think you're being harsh at all. It's better to have rules about these sorts of things than it is to let people run wild.

I've been trying to RP, Stitch. I just haven't really had anyone responding to my characters all that well, or we're missing a character in a conversation. I understand the point of the really minor characters, and even though I admit I might try to claim one as my sixth character, I plan on RPing more as the others first, especially if people actually roleplay again.

That's fine. Like I said you have a limit of two. And don't worry, its just a little slow. We'll get back on track soon enough.

Oh and ALSO, (not that anyone is going to read this but w/e) if you have found someone is ignoring your We Need You request, please PM me. I will send a PM to the person straight away telling them to get there and RP. EXSPECIALLY if the person hasn't RP'd at all in a while.

I think the site is just hitting a slow point right now because of the general 'spring break' time. My spring break actually starts tomorrow for two weeks, but I'm guilty of being rather inactive lately for my own personal crap I need to deal with... XD

Anyways- I'm glad you're back and I hope you had fun. Not entirely relevant, and probably a bit creepy- but I saw the picture you uploaded on DA of yourself with Stitch and I got all excited. You're VERY pretty btw... only saying that here because I couldn't over there. lol

I have felt guilty about not being in the muse to rp lately, but I've been reading/browsing and keeping an eye on the We Need You thread, and I plan to get back to those as soon as possible...

AKDHSKAJS And ALSO. I think if someone claimed Jim I think that might ruin the Thomas x Audrey relationship possibility.... Just... sayin'. XD

You aren't being harsh at all. To tell you the truth, there's A LOT of canon characters that need to be claimed and the amount of OC-like characters is kind of ridiculous (I'm partly to blame, since the majority of my characters are kind of OC-like). If I ever decide to claim a sixth character (I do plan to kill off some of my current ones), I'll try to pick a well-known one. And I'll make it a human villain.

The OC like characters are just getting slightly out of hand, we have to reign them in. I'm mostly just talking about nameless characters and characters who don't speak. Geno doesn't count XD

We've just hit a slow patch people but now that I'm back hopefully we'll start up again ^^

sorry about not rping.. I honestly got a little bit burnt out, and the threads I'm in are moving slowly..
