I was trying to be funny in the title but I'm seriously not happy with the ammount of people who are joining and not reading the rules or character guidelines. So I made it so in order to apply for a character you must read the rules and guidelines.

THERE IS A PASSWORD IN THE RULES AND THE CHARACTER TEMPLATE.

This obviously doesn't apply to current members when applying for new characters but new members must read the rules and post the password otherwise Scar and I will wait until you do to approve.

Sorry I had to do this but part of what makes this site work is people following and reading the rules.

Also the rules have been amended some just to make them clearer for new members to follow.
