Alright guys the cap on heroes has been lifted but only because of this new rule:
THERE IS NOW A CAP ON BACKGROUND CHARACTERS. Background characters = characters with no canon film name.
I'll lift the ban at some point but please try and pick up characters with names!

Yeah, I agree with this too. I gotta try and think of some good heroes if I kill off Evie (since I probably will once I develop her a bit more).
