The ban on Background characters has been lifted but here's the catch:
The background/nameless character cannot show up in like a milisecond of a scene. Unless it is a dalmatian or a lioness.
Also you can only have two nameless characters in your lot of characters. 2 THAT IS IT. If you are over your limit I will let you know and you will not be approved.
A background/nameless character is a character you have given a name and a personality to.
Understand? We need villains people and PLEASE CONSIDER MAIN CHARACTERS BEFORE TAKING A BACKGROUND CHARACTER.

Alright and here's another thing. NAMED COMIC BOOK AND BOOK CHARACTERS FROM TLK ARE ALLOWED. ONLY NAMED CHARACTERS PLEASE.

No only named book characters, unnamed movie characters are still allowed  Oh and NO KOPA. |

Yeah, but what I mean is that I already got Heaven(dalmatian) And Zukki, which are background charas, and I want to know if that would hold up fluffy's(background lioness) app up.

Well kind of. There are also some problem's with Fluffy's app, such as she's a full grown lioness in the picture which means her canon appearance is as an adult |

Okay, might drop Zukki to fix that.
And, about that, she could be Kiara's age in there and so she would be a cub now. It would affect nothing of the plot since she is from another pride.

Okay, what about this; I dropped Heavenly Flower because she wasn't really my most developed character. I claimed Tama from TLK comic books as a villians to help their population grow. I think Fluffy's age makes sense and would like her approved before Tama. Sounds good? |
