Freaking love that Josh Gracin song. But I think the trumpet would match the second song better. Josh Gracin's is a little too fast.

ooc: I dunno if it's petty but I dislike using songs that were already in Disney movies... I did it once with Peg and I regretted it... And as much as I love the song, it doesn't entirely fit for this scene I don't think... maybe that's just me.. xD
edit** I love Josh Gracin too- he's great. But if you had any better idea's besides those two I'd be happy to try that out. XD

... As much as I'm in LOVE with that song, I'm thinking it should be a little bit more lively than that, since I think the singing was intended to make them all feel a bit.. lighter in the war. And I'm also hoping to slide Peg in there somewhere... xD
I'm thinking the Big Kenny one should be good... nice pace, but not... too happy for the war.. any objections? o:

I really like the Trace Adkins one the best.....sorry, Civil war fan, so when I recognized what he was singing, it instantly made it awesome! XD

I have to say I love Trace Adkins too- and as much as I would've liked to do it, it seemed a bit too slow for the concept of a song that'll 'take them out of the gloom' for a while. I feel like it would've made them more sad... XD
