I didn't realized this needed to be announced but the cap on Background characters has been lifted. PLEASE, if you would, do not claim a bunch of background dalmatian puppies now. I'd really appreciate it if we could stop being overrun with the little guys until we gets some more characters who will help push along plot and development.

If you ARE considering a background character which I know most of you are might I suggest a hyena, a background dog from let's say Lady & the Tramp or 101 Dalmatians (That ISN'T a dalmatian) or someone that could potentially be a villain on Scar's side or the human villain side. There are not enough villains in this war.
