(Wow I hope I spelled that right XD July 16th open to Maid Marian and Robin Hood for some well deserved over the top Luv XD)
Robin had flowers in his hand, a spring in his step and a freshly washed coat and tail. His clothes were pressed to their best look, a flower pulled into his shirt. He smiled softly. Since Maid Marian had arrived he'd barely spent any time with her. Time to remedy that.
He walked to where his love was and tapped her shoulder lightly.
"M'lady," he said taking off his hat and bowing softly, "Hw are you this fine evening?"

As Maid Marian turned around, she cvered her mouth with her hands and gasped. "Oh, Robin!" She hadn't expected this. Robin looked so handsome and cleaned up, which was a surprise in and of itself during the war. She blushed as he bowed.
"G-good evening, Robin." She giggled as she curtsied in response. "I've been wonderful this evening, but I wish I could have groomed as well as you my handsome husband." She blushed slightly, knowing she must have gathered some dust or dirt.

He slipped his hand into her's and placed the hat atop his head again. Fox then placed the other hand on top of her's, sandwiching her dainty paw between his own paws. He smiled at Marian, flowers delicate between his fingers. African wild flowers had no thorns and were soft to the touch.
"Marian my darling," he said, "You could be as dirty as those mutts in the outlands and I'd still love you." Ears flicked back slightly as he looked towards the ground then back into those lovely eyes. "You have no idea what it means to me to have you by my side in this most horrible of times."

Marian blushed harder, despire her fur. "Just promise you won't leave again, without me." She clapped her other hand gently around the one her first hand was already holding. "You worry me so." She accepted the flowers happily, though she was far more happy to be with her husband once again.
She giggled at her compliment. "Oh, please, Robin. I know you love me, but I just would have... I would have liked to have looked nice for you." She smiled as she gazed back into his eyes. "Tell me, how do you feel? It feels like it's been so long, since you joined this war. I do hope you are all right, my love." She looked him over quietly, searching for any injuries she hoped weren't there.

"Darling I have been... weary..." He sighed and rose to his full height giving a sympathetic look towards Maid Marian. "Marian this war...its unlike anything I've ever seen. A terror. Children are dying, camps are being burned to the ground all for the sake of revenge and land. Its most unsettling." Tail whipped back and forth as he lowered his head slightly, turning his eyes up at her.
"I don't want to upset you, Marian," he said, "But its a terrible place out here." He shook his head. "Now now," he mused, "Let us not talk of such things. How is Nottingham? Is Skippy taking care of you?" Unaware was he that the bunny had perished in the war; plague taking him.

"Robin... It was okay, when I last saw it, but I do fear the worst." Marian sighed sadly as she leaned up against her husband. "I have learned that Prince John is free, and others have told me they saw animal villains headed to Nottingham, since I got here. It frightens me so."
She looked up sadly at Robin. "Oh, I do wish I had better things to say. You must have had such a pleasant evening planned, and here am I, ruining it."

Ears perked at her speech. Animal villains taking over Nottingham? Prince John free? Well he knew that last part as he had faced the cowardly brute on the battlefield but it was maddening to find out that his beloved town was overrun with mangy animal villains. His ears flicked back, a frown appearing on his face. This was serious. He held her close and kissed her cheek. Pushing aside her veil, he stroked her face.
"Marian," he said, "Nothing could ruin this evening so long as you're near me." He bit his tongue about how he was thinking. Nottingham. His home. What was he to do? "Let's take a stroll by the watering hole, yes? I can tell you all about the strange happening of this place. Animals not wearing clothes and being subservient to humans! Can you believe that?"

Marian shook her head. "It is most peculiar, but humans do not seem mean or cruel." Granted, Marian had no idea about the human villains, but she had made much better friends with the humans than the other animals here. In all honesty, the fact that the animals were naked still bothered her, as much as she knew it shouldn't, but it was so unnatural from compared to Nottingham. It was just her noble raising.
"But a stroll near the watering hole sounds delightful. But what is a watering hole?" she asked, unfamiliar with the term. She took the crook of her husband's arm. "Oh well. I'm sure it's delightful, whatever it is."
