Okay so you might have noticed I've added a few boards; PLEASE DON'T PLAY IN THEM UNTIL I SAY SO.
Also we need to think of a plausible reason how the characters get across seas for the record so don't just have someone appear in America as if nothing happened, savvy?

Well is Sarabi still alive at all if so I guess they or some of them can find out how she got all the heroes together I mean surely she knew a way if she was able to get them all you know.

Well for the HVS and heroes the could use magic or technology. Since the HVS have a ton of sorcerers while the heroes only have a few. Both armies have people from the future or space that could create teleporting technology. Not sure how Scar's army could get around though.
The HV army also has Hook's ship and Muntz's ship but since both characters are inactive not sure if that counts or not.
