I'm not 100% sure who we're waiting on here. Lilo, did you want to post again next? Or were you expecting me to reply to Stitch before you made another post? Either way's fine for me; I just wanted to check if you were actually waiting on me and I hadn't realised ^^;

Sorry... I haven't had a lot of muse for Lilo recently, so you guys are probably waiting on me. ^^; I'll try to write something up soon.

Don't worry about it, I didn't mean to rush. I just wasn't sure if you were expecting me to reply to Stitch first, and I didn't realise it.

Down at the Junkyard

This just hit me, late November in a New England setting. Shouldn't there be a good bit of snow of the ground?

I haven't a clue - I don't know much about American weather ^^;

Okay. Lucky for you, I've spent some time in that area of the country on jobs. (As well as being an amateur historian.)

New England usually gets Snow around mid-Novemeber and it stays on the ground till around late January. (Or even March if it's a really hard winter). I tend to think that Marcaline is located in Massachusetts. (because it just sounds good together.)

The reason why I asked is in the year of 1914 (Which is where the DWoW cannon falls in the L&TT timeline) New England had an early winter, that became pretty mild. Thus it stands to reason that one would see a foot or more of snow around the time of "Down at the Junkyard" but it would melt off by early January.

Sorry, just my inner OCD. It's not a big deal, but I was just wondering if there was a reason you guys where going on without mentioning any kind of cold or snow.

Um... okay, I'll ret-con in some mention of it next time I post.

Given her current state of mind, I'm having real trouble figuring out if Angel would play along with Stitch here or if she would rather just urge them to keep moving. In truth, neither seems like it fits for her at present; I've tried writing the last paragraph of my reply both ways and neither is working for me. I have to confess that I am completely stuck for what she would do here.

Have you thought of having her have a nostalgia trip? Rather then urge them to move on, or play, just stand back and take in the scene and allow herself to drift back in time to remember aspects of life as it was as a Junkyard Dog? Considering how much life has changed from that moment to now, it seems appropriate.

Just a suggestion. ^^

Yeah... yeah, somthing like that really does seem fitting for her. I'll see what I can do with that idea; thanks ^^

Mumbling sand Rumors
Hang on Fetch, why is this read in the Little New England town? Nobody is going to be able to RP with you there, nobody is there. I don't understand why this thread exists here?

I was unware that nobody was there and therefore unable to rp when I made the thread. PLus the thread is meant to take place a short time after fetch ran away from his home and I was unsure on where to post him in. The fact taht there was hardly any threads here, I thought it would be okay to try and have one here. If you want, I can delete the thread and try to move it elsewhere or just drop the idea. Whichever is prefered I will be fine with doing it.

If you want to set the thread somewhere where he'd be more likely to run into people from the war, I'd suggest one of the neutral African locations would be your best bet; Simba's Oasis, the Grasslands, or the Beaches, for example, where he could have the chance of running into both hero and animal villain troops.
