So instead of thinking I just act before I have a chance to contemplate the consequence of action.

(ooc: February 7th. Open to any Outlanders.)
"Bleh..."
While 627 had been having no difficulties getting through the seemingly eternal darkness, things were just plain dull for him. He had the freedom to do whatever he wanted whenever he felt like it, but today he just didn't know what he wanted to do. He could have been doing just about anything right then. Terrorizing heroes, throwing off the human villains... Anything! No brilliant ideas of evil were coming to him, though. This left the little creature to just laze about in a most undignified fashion while he continued to comb his mind for ideas. Of course, since he had very little in the means of brilliant plots he didn't have any idea of what he was trying to think of. The most he could do was just scrape his claws against the ground and hope for something brilliant to come of it.
Out of sheer boredom, 627 started to move his ears up and down for no real reason. It did allow him to pick up on subtle sounds all around him, but nothing interesting came of it. No one he particularly gave a shit about seemed to be around. Of course, considering his thoughts on the majority of the army that would have been very few animals to give a damn about in the first place.
Maybe if that monster showed his face... What had his name been? Johnny? Yeah, him. If he showed up, 627 would at least have someone to tussle with. He felt like tussling. Not that anyone stood a chance against him in that department, but still...
"Meega bored," he finally said to no one in particular.

Never in his life had Kerchak witnessed such complete darkness. Never in his life had it lasted this long. It limited everyone - even walking from A to B became a challenge. The great ape made a note to find out what the leaders intended to do about this. How did they expect to run an army when said army couldn't see an inch in front of them?
"Meega bored."
A funny voice, complaining of boredom, distracted him from his mental criticism. He hadn't even realised there was anyone there. He could have easily walked right past them, and still have been none the wiser. He supposed the strange word 'meega' meant that the voice belonged to one of the strange little animals he'd seen darting about. They all seemed to speak the same language, though he was at a loss about their species. They didn't look like they were related at all, despite the shared dialect.
"Frankly, I don't blame you," he grunted. He had nothing better to do either. At least a conversation would pass some time.

"I'm sure Queen Zira has some plans for us, we just need to ask her," the female dinosaur said as she lumbered towards the alien and the silver back before lowering herself so she was laying down, seeing no point in standing around. Nelleke let out a soft snort, dust blowing across the ground from her breath. ---- Some ways away, the large lion Claudius paced back and forth, anxious to do something. A low rumbling growl bubbled from his throat. The male wonders where Chippy had gone off to, as he wanted to talk about Zira's plans with her.
