(April 9th, open to every one.) _____________________________________________________________________________ Gantu stood before the little crowd, straitening his back to make sure he was standing at his full height. "I have called this meeting to talk about something important!" He announced. "Sadly, it only has to do with the humans though..." Looking at the animals in the small crowd.
"Now, I have only been here for merely a week, but I have had more than enough time to see what i was dealing with. And I couldn't help but noticed something rather worrying. The men here fight with sticks and sharpened rocks! Its no wonder you haven't won this war already!" Taking a moment so his words could seep in and have a greater effect, Gantu continued.
"I have seen skill shown by these same men. And courage. But regardless, the hearts of men don't win wars especially if they're under armed. Don't get me wrong, keep showing this courage for you will need it. But something has to change."
"Fortunately, I have come up with a solution!"
As he said these words, Gantu stepped a bit to his left, revealing a large container that was hidden behind him. With his giant finger he pressed the activation key, springing the metal box to life. Slowly the box revealed its contents. Orange and yellow fire arms.
"Blasters!" He said. "With these we can keep a distance between our enemies and destroy them before they have a chance to lay a hand on us, or a paw in some cases."
"Yes, I am fully aware that there are only twenty of them here and that isn't enough. But with permission of ambassador Lilo I could have many more brought and I could also train the men into learning the use of these weapons. Trust me when I say that they will change the tide of this war, if from bad to good or from good to better!"
Satisfied, Gantu allowed himself to grin.
"Are there any questions?"

"Yeah. Why stupidhead Gantu here anyhow?"
The "abomination" let out a tiny cackle. His ears folded back, teeth gritting as he sat in a tree next to Gantu. He was leaning back, tongue poked out in disgust as Gantu spoke. No matter how good the "captain" claimed to be, Stitch still couldn't help having his naughty streak in full force when Gantu was around. Since the captain had arrived Stitch had taken to stealing his blankets, throwing banana peels at him and biting his toes without him looking. Stitch was immature, about the maturity of a four year old human child. He needed to have some fun at least.
"Stitch like idea though," he huffed, "Sort of. Idea of better tech. Blasters though not heroic...blasters just kill." He grumbled, pushing his fur back on his head.
"Naga a good idea if Stitch says," he purred, "But armor maybe..."

"Yeah. Why stupidhead Gantu here anyhow?"
Gantu clenched his fists as anger built within him. That blue menace! How dare it call him that in front of the men. Respect was hard enough to achieve with his history of working for Hamsterviel. Fighting the urge to blast the trog, Gantu held firm and simply crossed his arms.
"Naga a good idea if Stitch says. But armor maybe..."
"Thats a surprise, especially coming from a tool of destruction don't you think 626?" Gantu retorted. "Armor is not the biggest issue. If we can stop them from touching us then its worthless thats why we need blasters. You might call them not heroic but war doesn't make heroes out of any of us. Tell me, would you rather say you fought bravely but lost or say you fought just as bravely but won? Blasters could save lives! You are fighting for a greater good are you not? So why take the risk of losing!"
Chew on that abomination! Gantu thought to himself. This time I'm gonna win. Why wouldn't I, blasters are a sound idea and would prove very useful in battle.
He started to relax again letting his arms fall back to his sides. With a light sigh he spoke again, "Any other questions? Or comments in this case?"

Blasters...
Well, color Elsa surprised. She had never seen technology like this before, and she doubted that she would see such things outside of the war again. The queen listened as Gantu and Stitch exchanged words, all the while finding herself mildly amused at how the two seemed to know one another, and waited for an opportunity. She did have to agree with what Gantu had said. They were fighting for the greater good in this war, and that meant having to do things they might not have otherwise. If that meant having to use these blasters, then why not go along with it? The worst that could happen was that they would get hurt or worse. Obviously that didn't sound the best, but hey. Elsa was willing to at least try and learn about this technology.
"I do have one question, sir," Elsa said as she stepped forward. "How would one go about using one of these... Blasters? You'll have to forgive me, but... I've never seen anything like them before. Not where I'm from, anyway. So if you could explain that much, that would be wonderful." She wouldn't ask for a demonstration this time. Sooner or later she supposed they would get one, and that would have been great, but for the moment she was content just to have a sort of listening lesson. It would be better than nothing.
Maybe if she learned how to use one of these, she would be able to have more of an advantage. Sure Elsa had her ice powers, but if she could almost be taken out by a gunshot months ago then it was clear she needed more than that. It was lucky she was still alive... All thanks to Baymax. Now she had to step it up a bit. Anything to help the army, she told herself. After all, she was doing this to protect Arendelle.

"How would one go about using one of these... Blasters? You'll have to forgive me, but... I've never seen anything like them before. Not where I'm from, anyway. So if you could explain that much, that would be wonderful."
"I'm glad you asked" Gantu said, returning his grin as he pulled his blaster out from its holster. He then lifted it up in front of the crowd, holding it sideways to better showcase the item. "My blaster is different from the ones in the box but i assure you the principle stays the same even though mine is a side arm while these are rifles." He stated. "To use them, you must first put your hand around its grip like this." While demonstrating with his own gun. "Then you use your other hand to hold it up. Like this. Finally to shoot the weapon you simply squeeze the trigger, this thing, and thats about it. Oh, um before shooting your going to need to undo the safety on the gun by pressing this button." As he pressed the little red button beside the trigger.
"This weapon doesn't need to be reloaded, instead it will over heat. But it takes a while for it to do this, so your quite safe. The only time you will need to reload is if you change the weapons payload and use nets. This weapon primarily uses plasma as its projectile but as I've said you can put a special kind of net in it too." Gantu said as he lifted a small dark green capsule to show the crowd. "This is the net ammunition, capable of containing even Dr. Jookiba's strongest experiments." Eyeing Stitch as he said the word 'experiment'.
After putting the 'net' capsule away, he continued. "Now plasma... Plasma is hot, very, very, very hot. It burns hotter than molten lava and leaves holes in even the hardest metal. Getting shot by this will kill, in most cases, instantly. They won't feel a thing. Unless you shoot their arm off or something." He said with a shrug.
"Well, that's pretty much the basics of a blaster." He finished while holstering his gun. "Unless somebody wants a demonstration?" That would be good he thought. This way they would know the importance of this weapon and power that comes with it.

"Could plasma potentially be used for other things?" Tadashi thought aloud, eyes trained on the plasma guns. While he wasn't one for the idea of killing, which is why he had instead decided to help out the medics, and designing a few new things, guns and otherwise. That is where he felt he belonged - and where he wished Hiro and his friends would stay, for their own safety. But he couldn't fault his friends for wanting to help. In the end, he couldn't even fault Hiro for it. But he still worried for their safety - after all, he had died. At least in one sense. And he knew he wanted no one he knew to to go through an experience like his - at least before they had to.
"I mean, where you come from, is plama only used for blasters?" Tadashi rephrased the question, still looking at the blasters with curiosity. While he couldn't condone killing anyone - he knew they had a war, but he could never personally condone killing someone. If he was ever armed with a blaster, he would have probably swapped the plasma for the net option. But there could be other uses for the plasma inside the guns, if he thought about it for a while. And one of the Generals - Stitch, he believed it was - had just mentioned armor. Maybe with the new weapons, if he got to examine the properties of the gun and how it worked, it would be able to have some other use than killing. Using as a tool for smiths to forge armor would be a good idea. And in that way, it would not only just help the humans, but also the animals who coudln't work something like a gun.
"A demonstration would be nice, however." Tadashi said, nodding as Gantu said that. It would give Tadashi a moment to examine how strong the plasma really was, even if he couldn't examine it this second. There would most likely be time for that later, with him finding out the full properties of the plasma gun. For now, seeing it in action would be a sure sign of how powerful it really was. After all, it might be weaker, or even stronger than what Gantu had described. Melting most metals were impressive if it was indeed true.

"PFFFFFTHE," Stitch scowled, "Naga know what-HEEEEEEEY!"
The mention of the net sent Stitch into a mini rage. He let out a snarl in Gantu's direction. He wasn't bad anymore. He was good. He was a good alien. Gantu kept seeing him as the little abomination. That was just offensive. The male snorted, ears folded back as he stared towards Gantu.
"Stitch naga monster! Gantu take that back!" He bounced up and down, a tad immaturely but he didn't really think it through. "Stitch General. Gantu not. So nyeh." His ears perked up brightly as Tadashi asked about demonstration. He grinned viciously, ears folding back as he crawled up onto Gantu's shoulder. He poked his cheek. "Gantu demonstrate. Try to shoot Stitch, eh? De-mon-strate."
He flashed his teeth down towards the queen and the boy. "Gantu naga shoot Stitch. See how blasters work good, ih?"

"Gantu demonstrate. Try to shoot Stitch, eh? De-mon-strate."
Gantu clenched his fists and grit his teeth as his fury swelled within him. Now the trog had gone too far... Quickly he grabbed the experiment and hurled it with all his strength in the dirt, then drew his pistol aiming it straight at Stitch. All these years, all his hate, and it was all because of this abomination, this failed experiment from a deranged maniac. He could have been in space aboard the BRB 3000 as the well respected and feared Captain Gantu of the United Galactic Federation. But instead here he was, on this stinking mud ball called Earth trying to redeem himself for a mistake he had done. He wanted to shoot Stitch, if he could he would kill him 100 times over. But he knew he couldn't do it, as much as Gantu wanted to see him burn that instant. He couldn't do it.The others would never trust him and he'd most likely lose his job... Again. "Oh blitzknack" He sighed as he lowered his gun a bit and pulled the trigger. Sending a bright blue ball of plasma flying towards its destination, ultimately landing at Stitch's feet. The plasma left a large smoking black hole in the dirt and crystallized the sand that lay around it.
"You may be seen as a general here but I'm the captain of the galactic armada. You have thousands at your command but I have billions. I have true power while you are just an attempt at it. Oh and by the way, no I'm not saying sorry if I hurt your little feelings" Gantu said mockingly to Stitch. Why did the abomination have to be here? He thought to himself. He felt like a fool for having to deal with Stitch in front of men he hoped to later train and/or command. Just act as if its okay, he concluded with himself, don't let the trog get the best of you. He then took a deep breath and faced the others once again, all while discreetly changing the ammunition of his blaster.
"For those of you who wanted to see the effectiveness of plasma hitting dirt, feel free to take a look. And for you knowledge," he said turning to Tadashi, " no plasma isn't only used for guns but also serves for cutting and welding."

Young Genius's eyes had gone wide at the power of the blaster that had hit the dirt. It had much more power than he had imagined, and he had been invented many gadgets, including his friends' new weapons. However, nothing had compared to this before. It would have taken years to build something like that, his microbots were something that everyone had called amazing and could change the world. But was it really great compared to those weapons and gadgets created by those in another world?
He glanced at his brother, wondering what he thought about the strength of the gun. The gears in Hiro's head were turning to think of how to make the blast stronger. "Can anyone use a blaster?" he asked, "Or does it require a lot of special training?"

"Can anyone use a blaster? Or does it require a lot of special training?"
Gantu was lost in thought, busy thinking about the embarrassing situation that had just occurred that he almost didn't hear the question at all. He then blinked a few times before answering. "Well as I've, hum, described earlier. Blasters work very similarly to what a human gun would. Safety, aim, shoot." He explained. "The hardest part would most likely be aiming the weapon while taking account of its bullet drop. Blasters have allot of it, its their only flaw in my opinion." He said with a shrug. While Gantu might have called blasters ranged weapons, they definitely weren't snipers. If anything a human weapon had much more range than a UGF blaster. But no where near the same power. "So, no, to answer your question, they don't need any 'special' training. Just target practice. But if you would prefer to see for yourself, you could try one right now." Gantu suggested as he motioned towards the metal container. This way the human could get a feel for the weapon. Thus ensuring the chances of blasters getting accepted!
But as he spoke, it suddenly hit him. The little Hawaiian girl... Was she here right now? She was after all the only one who could over rule his command (On Earth that is). And if she saw him insult Stitch she would never allow blasters. Last time he checked the were inseparable. Hopefully she was smarter than that and saw the potential of these weapons or that she simply wasn't in the crowd. "Only time could tell." Gantu whispered under his breath.
