(ooc: April 4th. Closed to Crescent and myself.)
"Crescent? Here, girl," Elsa called. It had been a long while since she'd spent quality time with her favorite canine. Things had been... Eventful for a while, Elsa realized. Her being injured had been the least of her concerns in the grand scheme of the war. There also was the fact that, on the whole, Elsa hadn't been doing much to protect anyone from anything. She'd tried to protect Crescent, and she had tried to protect others that she cared about, but so far it was just looking like she hadn't accomplished much of anything. She wanted to fix that. However, that would come in due time. The important thing for the moment was to reconnect with Crescent and just... Try to figure out what to do from there.
For the time being, Elsa was looking for her friend. She wasn't sure where she had gotten off to that day, and with the sun out she thought it would be the perfect time to actually get some things out in the open air. Mostly she wanted to just talk with Crescent. She knew that the dalmatian had to feel bad about what had happened all that time ago, and Elsa didn't want her to think she was a bad dog. Sure a lot of time had passed since then, but she didn't care. It was important to reaffirm what Elsa thought. She never would think of Crescent as a bad dog. Not in the least. She'd done everything she could that night, and that was what had counted.
Elsa's search brought her through the main camp area and toward the general sort of meeting grounds between the residents of the land. No one else seemed to be about at the moment, though, which seemed a bit odd to her. So she decided to try calling Crescent's name again. What was the worst that could have happened?
"Crescent? Are you there?" Elsa hoped she was. "I know it's been a while, but I'd like to spend some time with you! ...If you aren't too busy."
She hoped this didn't turn into another sort of fiasco. Things had been bad enough when she'd had to shut Anna out of her life for thirteen years. The last thing Elsa wanted was for her dog to think that she was doing that again. Not that Crescent necessarily knew about that much, but she could hope that things at least went over all right.
