"Mmmmmrrrrreow!" A catlike noise came from her maw as Eilonwy gripped her hair. "Stop calling me kid! I have a name!" Flashing sharp ivory fangs at the girl, she ripped her head to the side trying to free her hair from Eilonwy's grasp. Moving her hands to Eilonwy's wrists, she dug her claws into the ground. "Go on say it," she hissed, "I'm better than you and you know it!"
She peered behind her, whipping her grey-blue eyes at Arthur. The boy was still preoccupied with that damn creature with the fluffy tail.

The blow took effect, causing the male to fly to the ground, reminiscent of a previous sparring session. However, this caused Shang to blush furiously, rubbing his jaw with a hand to massage the pain out of it. Brought down in front of his own troops. It was one thing when they were sparring alone but in front of the troops? He frowned, eyes narrowing as he rose to his feet. "Good example," he snorted, still rubbing his jaw, "Stay alert. You never know what might come flying at you." "Also," he pointed out, "Most of the attacks you should learn should be defensive. Defensive attacks can disable an enemy and cause them to weaken. Grow tired if you will." Staggering back, he turned to Mulan with a stern face and whined, "That actually hurt!" Mulan nodded in agreement with Shang's advice to the troops, looking pleased with herself that she'd managed to take the man down again. It would also prove to those watching that a woman really could be the equal of a man on the battlefield - a fact that she was living proof of for Shang and the others, but it never hurt to demonstrate it again for the new recruits as well. She quickly looked away to hide a chuckle as Shang whined that she'd hurt him. "No pain, no gain," she teased him, struggling to keep a straight face in front of the troops, even though she just wanted to laugh at the general's reaction. After a moment, she gave him an innocent smile. "Best out of three?"

Amelia came across the heroes camp rather easily. And it was relatively easy to sneak in, and that really surprised her. Wasn't they supposed to be cautious with all this war business going on? Anyway, it wasn't really her concern. Her concern was her daughter. With that said, she asked anyone she saw about Abigail. In her search she stumbled upon two humans, some specimen she couldn't identify and lots of puppies. Finally, someone was kind enough to show her the direction and she found a... training ground? It was the place she needed, as it turned out, and there was her daughter, sparring with some blonde girl. And surprising enough, she was really good. Though Amelia herself wouldn't use such a harsh fighting style for a training... Amelia shook her head viciously. She was here to take her daughter home, not to give her tips on fighting. Sneaking quietly behind Abigail, she said, trying to sound as calm as possible "Miss Abigail Doppler, what do you think you're doing?"

"Oh...crap..."
Abigail paused from raising her claws above Eloinwy's pretty little face and winced quite harshly. That voice...crap...crap...crap...She turned her head towards the voice and spotted her mother, the regal and elegant Captain Amelia Doppler. Her ears pinned back. It didn't matter how elegant her mother was, the female looked like a horrifying monster to the delinquent teen. She gritted her teeth and quickly scrambled up off of Eloinwy. Uh boy...this was what her and Daniel were worried about. Mom flying down from the sky to take them home. At least she had joined the heroes. What would Mom say when she knew her canine-like son had joined the animal villains!
"Uh...h-h-hey Mom..." Abigail said with a flashy, sheepish grin, "I was just...uh...sparring...with this human girl...hehehe." She winced again. "I'm in trouble, aren't I?"

Amelia smiled at her daughter. But it wasn't that nice and charming smile she was capable of. It was more like 'you'd better have a good excuse for yourself or else...' kind of smile. Not a pleasant sight, really.
"In a deep one, I might add." she answered in a dangerously sweet voice "Now, you're gonna say goodbye to your little friends and we'll try to find your brother, am I right?"
She silently thanked herself for not bringing her husband along. The sight of their little Abby, all dusty and bruised, would probably give him a heart attack

There was a quick glance at Arthur before Abigail turned her chin up towards her tall mother. She squinted and scrunched her nose in annoyance. Her voice turned from shaky into a whine. "But moooooom," she groaned, "I came here to find Uncle Jim and fight in this war! They need us. We can fight!" She jutted her arm up in a strong gesture. She grinned wildly.
"C'mon Ma," she said, "Look! I even made some friends! Arthur! He's nice. Actually, he's right over there talking to a squirrel." Sure her mother wouldn't know what a squirrel was, she puffed out her chest proudly. "I'm even learning all this cool stuff! I-" She shrank when she realized her mother had mentioned Daniel.
"Uh...Mom," she whimpered, "Daniel's...not here...he joined the...the animal villains..."

Amelia rolled her eyes in annoyance. They need us! You just look at that... Who are "they"? Why is that her problem? Though she cared about Jim deeply, she still had a husband and children to take care of. So fighting for something... something she didn't even knew of, that would probably lead to her or her daughter and son death wasn't exactly a wise decision, mind you.
However, the word "friends" caught her attention. Though all this war thing was getting at her nerves, she really didn't mind Abby making some friends here. She turned to see a human boy her daughter was pointing at. Ah, boys... Amelia smirked. Now she understood why Abigail wanted to stay here so badly. Boys are always getting in the way of good parenting.
Preoccupied with those thoughts, she missed a part where Abigail said something about Daniel. "Um, sorry, what did you say, Abby?"

Eilonwy was thankful to see a woman who appeared to be Abby's mother come to her rescue. Thankful, to have the little girl off her, she rose from the ground and dusted herself off. Clearly in the middle of an important conversation, the princess decided to wait until it was over before she introduced herself

Silver lets out a nervous gulp as he watches the admiral walk across the camp and make a be-line straight towards them. "while i live and breath" he lets out another nervous laugh "Cap-Admiral Amelia what a pleasure it is ta see you again Ma'am" the cyborg tips his hat towards the feline. "I'm glad ta see you in one piece after our last meeting together with the Procyon fleet" Silver mused for a moment to wonder if the navy admiral would be shocked to see him after all last she knew of him he was the official word that he had died.

And, as if Amelia hadn't got enough problems already, John Silver himself appeared out of nowhere. That was a surprise for her, since she believed he was dead. But, after all, it was Silver they were talking about... That guy was more slippery than an eel dipped in grease swimming in motor oil. Amelia chucked under her breath - she should really write it down. "Can't say the same about you" she said, arms folded "it seems that a rat like you can escape any trouble, hm?" Though he wasn't her enemy now, she still didn't like that guy.

"Ma'am?" Silver lets out grunt taken aback slightly by her words still that sly smile appears on his face "trouble? the last 'ting I'm here is trouble" he assures her holding up his mechanical hand for effect "my friends can back me up" he motions to Eilonwy now with a true smile across his lips. "Jimbo is here somewhere" he looks around not seeing his surrogate son.

"He is?" Amelia asked with a bit more concern than she wanted to. Coughing to cover her embarrassment, she continued "Well, I hope he is okay" She then looked at Eilonwy, genuinely interested with a girl her daughter tried to beat up so viciously. Now, after taking a closer look at her, Amelia noticed how much this human child reminded her of her other daughter. "Nice to meet you, miss" she smiled at the girl "I'm really sorry if my daughter had hurt you"

Eilonwy smiled brightly at the introduction. "Oh its no problem at all. She didn't hurt me too badly, i think its just what i needed to get ready for the next battle." though that was a bit of a stretch. "I'm Princess Eilonwy, its nice to meet you." she turned to Silver. "Mr. Silver has been great, he's a wonderful cook and he's teaching me how to sword fight. So he's not causing any trouble. But i can keep an eye on him if you like."

Well, though Amelia didn't really like Silver, she could trust him Jim's life, since he loved the boy as much as she did. If he said he is watching the boy, then she shouldn't worry about him. Her attention turned back to a little princess. The girl seemed very nice and had good manners. Unlike Abigail. Thoughts of her daughter made the woman frown. That girl was the biggest troublemaker amongst her children. That was the main problem about bringing her home - she would probably run away again. Maybe, that wasn't a solution to the problem... Okay, she really had to think about this a little more. Back to the reality, Eilonwy seemed to really like Silver. That was odd. This guy seemed to get along with kids rather well. And this girl even said she could keep an eye on him! That was very cute indeed. "If it is not hard for you." She nodded, kind smile on her face. "He really needs woman attention at times"
